Order Process
Orders are placed through the Kreatr Telegram bot. The user selects a plan and completes the payment. Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms of Service.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 7 (seven) days from the payment date, provided that the service has not been actually used.
Dispute Resolution
Claims and disputes are handled via the support email. The review period is up to 10 business days.
